SENDING AN INVOICE
Sometimes the best way to find out if something works for you is to try it. With ShareCare thats easy because we have no fees or contract; working with us is as simple as giving us a call and talking to us.
However, we recognise that such an appraoch can be scary and so we'll more than happy to carry out a sample comparison for you. If your current supplier can provide you with your pricefile and/or usage information in Excel (or similar format) - which most of them are able to - we can do a quick comparison very easily.
If that's not possible, or if you'd prefer, we can analyse a few invoices for you, in those areas you feel that we might be able to help the most. Please ensure that:
- The invoices are clearly legible and show the Code, Description, Packsize, Quantity Ordered and Total Cost
- You provide a representative sample of 2/3 invoices (aprroximately 6/8 pages)
- You provide photocopies as, while ShareCare will take every possible care with your invoices, some aspects of their safekeeping lie outside of ShareCare's control (the postal system, for example) and ShareCare can accept no liability for their loss or damage whatsoever.
