Quarterly Group Spend Report:
The Quarterly Group Spend Report shows the total spend by unit, by supplier for the whole group over
a three month period. It allows comparison between units over the same period.
The report is an ideal overview of your group's spend quarter by quarter through the year, providing an easy to view record charting the spend of each unit.
Top Usage Report:
The Top Usage Report lists for the group the top usage product items by spend over the period
selected. The report can be run for the whole group showing a consolidated summary of usage or broken
down by individual unit usage.
Additionally, it shows the percentage of off-core items purchased over the period.
Top Product Usage - Off Core Report:
The Top Product Usage - Off-Core Report lists the off-core products purchased over the period and
their cost, again as a consolidated summary for the group as a whole, or by individual
The report highlights the product items that need to be looked at as a way of reducing overall spend.
