This high performance hood type dishwasher (with continuous water softener) is carefully designed not only to facilitate and enhance the work for kitchen professionals, but also to reduce energy and water consumption and defend the environment through application of leading edge technology and earth friendly production systems. The hood-type dishwasher can be "straight through" or "corner" operated and has built in rinse aid dispenser, detergent dispenser and drain pump included. With its double stainless steel skin construction the unit is strong and robust. The machine is supplied as 10.2kW single phase which can be modified on site to a 10.2kW 3 phase or 7.2kW single or 3-phase electrical supply.
